You are not concerned about sharing your strategy with the developer? The reason I ask is because oftentimes the strategy not worth protecting is not worth for developer to implement (for free that is).

This would not really be a concern because what would give the program the bulk of its positive expectancy would be knowing what inputs to put in and when to put them in (the stocks to run through the program), without that and it would just be the baseline program operating on any and all stocks in any and all market environments.
