Looking for trading site and wallet site for multiple currencies

My employer has decided to pay me in crypto currencies.

However, I need to have a wallet he says.
So, can anyone advise me of a site that has support for bitcoin, litecoin, and ether.
Must be NOT limited to USA only like coinbase is (their words not mine)
would be great if I could trade in the platform and even better if they had a price feed and an API so I could setup auto trading.

yeah he ties it at the time of payment. hence I need a site with a wallet so that I can either quickly trade it or withdraw it. I need a site that isn't limited to US only residents as I'm an Aussie, but I'm working all around the world. Coinbase sees that I'm in one of their not allowed countries and blocks my access to do anything.

Coinomi is a multi wallet with exchange apps built in, I like that you own the keys as well. Other than that, you're going to have keep it in an exchange wallet like poloniex, kraken, or bittrex.

Blockfolio is another app that allows trading but I don't think you own the keys
