I am looking to find institutional investors (fixed income) who have purchased EETC (US investors) in the past.

where can I find a current database who buy and trade EETC securities?

for example there was $500 mil EETC sold by Singapore airlines 2-3 months ago, where can I find the or read the book on the sale/trading of these?

big points for help!
