Give a look to http://www.elocaltrading.com, now TradeMaven Group (TMG).

You can still use Jtrader standalone with an excellent datafeed from RCG or TradeMaven with the datafeed proprietary they developed with Transact. Run a search with ZAL as ET member to read more info.
