Anyone familiar with JH method,please share your sample of the log sheet!

I`d like the thread will stay clean from the trolls and shizoids,so mods,please keep it clean.

Basically you want a backtest. Good. So do I.

Beforehand, I already know nobody has one, so carry on.

Seems that i don`t need the log for HFT,but when i want to increase the profit segment,it seems that i need to log it it usually takes time for the trade to develope and i have a short memory and i don`t want to open many different charts for this purpose,i want just a log sheet.And i`d like to see how it goes with others for some tips,to develope my own.
