Lol, I think we all know that feeling. Why not do both until you can transition. If you already pay for real-time market data, maybe you can try to expand this to more affordable version of Trade Ideas type of scanner? Make a “pro” version and start charging small fees?

I'm not paying for anything currently, let's see how long I can keep it that way. Not gonna hate too much on my main job, sometimes I get to code fun stuff and I have a lot of control there... It's a better gig than most, just been the same thing for a long time.
