I don't know. Personally, I never understood the attraction to kettlebells. Dumbbells are better balanced and adjustable. But I guess what's old is new again.
Okay, but the dumbbells he used to compare to the kettlebells were a lot heavier (bigger). But I get the point. However, if a lower back is an issue, I'd just as soon do slow inverted rows to maximum range.Incline Kettle rows were new to me, the stretch and range are great. The only problem is most gyms don’t go above the 50s.
