And all you Andover guys that did not get your k1s may, depending on circumstances, have a little compensation coming to you. They are legally bound to have it to you by Jan 31 (unless your partnership has a different fiscal year, which is doubtful, but possible).

I know I got mine from Generic mid January. I thought Andover had their shit together. Guess you never know.

From what I've dealt with

LLC's and Limited Partnerships don't have to deliver K1's till their financial year end. I owned (just sold for a nice profit )
a nice share in a limited Partnership. Their year end was after April 15 so since I've been a shareholder I've had to file extensions.

I have already gotten my K1 from Andover. The delay might have to do with the Merger.
