Its Looking More and More Like its Hillary 2020

Podesta: Clinton says 'she's not running for president' “I take her at her word. She’s not running for president.”

It won't be the same without Herr Hillary...

-"Debt free college".
-Medicaid for all.
-Every worker has a right to a union.
-Minimum wage increase. 40 hrs/week "in any job" should support a family.
-Tax cuts for the middle/working class... $500/month for families.
-Repeal of Trumps corporate and high net worth individual's tax cuts.

The problem is Dems are trying to put forth the idea that the last line above will pay for all the others and that just is not true...

Hillary couldnt do it but Obama did.

I suspect it was more of a matter of them not seeing why they should get out and vote for the likes of John McCain or Mitt Romney. They saw a reason to vote for Trump. He was the raised middle finger at the people who had ruined their lives.

And yet... over and over again with only a couple of notable exceptions the Democrats still lose the election. Gaining 14 points in a special election with lower turnout than in 2016 is pretty meaningless when you still lose the election -- which is the entire point I am trying to make.

There will be no "blue wave" in November that magically greatly enhances the Democratic representation in Congress or in states. Do I expect the Democrats to pick up some seats? Yes. The opposition party typically picks up seats in mid-term elections - it would be unusual if the Democrats did not pick up seats. But I hardly see a "blue wave". This is just wishful thinking by liberals who appear blind to the current total disarray and disorganization of the national Democratic party.

40 House seats gained by Dems... Your entire post history is a study in full-retard.

Whew. That be some strong stuff you smokin there today, Bro.

The dems are going to win back the deplorable working class that they said they needed to win in 2020 by picking a not-too-smart Californian leftist? And on top of that she is going to pick up the Trump women too?

I don't drink but if you could tell me what you are drinking tonight I am going to go out and get a gallon.....that be good stuff.

If we are going Californian, let's add Maxine to the ticket to make it a super-duper turbo winner.

I could see the Dems picking Corey Booker and then he picks Kamela Harris as VP to give the lefties a double dose of diversity to give em a tingle up their leg. Have you ever heard Kamela Harris actually try to speak or say something smart other than a pre-prepared rant? Dumber than dog shit, except she fits the formula for the dem candidate but when you check off all the categories she represents, the total is less than the sum of the parts.
So I was off by a few years.

Yeh, well similarly I was off by a few years on Biden, to wit:

I had a strong vision of this clown just self-destructing and being seen for what he is - or rather is not- and that he would not get the 2020 nom. Correct perception of the dynamics was okay, except you have to wait until 2024 for the general public to catch up. I have, never been able to form a vision of the Biden clown as a functioning president or candidate. But the dems love em dumb and slow, as we are still seeing with Harris so it takes longer for reality to set in.

Going back to your reference to earlier posts, I stand by the idea that the Kamala ever being elected in an open dnc primary with true competitors is a non-starter. You have to go to a back-room deal for that. Which they did.
