Nah, that would be more because testing is not widely done, and mostly sick people are getting tested. You would get a lower mortality rate if they caught the mild cases, although this also goes along you saying not egough is getting done to quarantine patients
In Madrid, Spain, now, kids out to their last day of school, which close from tomorrow. I'm hoping more social unrest flares up in Italy so the spanish government doesn t follow the italian steps but fear more restrictions are coming. Some expected later today after a national government meeting. Really disturbing, no good option to move elsewhere until it calms down, better be locked at home than quarantined in a hotel or government facility while travelling
