IT Female CEO - Why I Don't Hire Women Anymore

There are far fewer women with autism spectrum wiring, 4:1 male to female for a start. I won't say disorder as in an IT technical role a bit of peculiar obsessive focus, the edge of autism spectrum anyway is extremely useful.

The three female devs I can think of who were as good as a good male dev were sci-fi and comic collector geeks. I often think about a few of the others and it seemed that yes, they had good brains but in corporations the girls readily get offered managerial/people skills roles which are obviously better career opportunities.

I question if the "IT CEO" is fully authentic but I suppose it is possible in certain environments for such a person to carry those attitudes and run kind of a sweat shop of sorts for programmers. Or they are a paid actor hard to say.

She prefers opposite sex workers[men]. As far as her noting ''lazy females'' ; ok, but look @ both sides of the trade .
Are men Realtors lazy in selling homes / you see so many more women home Realtors??
Are most men too lazy to even apply for nursing positions ?? LOL Answer no; most men simply prefer to do other things.
Yes i know NPR media talking snakes pretend there are no differences in women + men= nonsense. I like the way most women are more polite when shopping[ not a prediction/LOL]

My daughter's extremely successful in IT related fields could get an advanced mgmt. position almost anywhere she wants to at this point. She'd never present herself like that "IT CEO". She'd never judge a peer because of their gender. The money she makes on her new job and her many side hustles is incredible and she's still in her 20s.

There is something off about that "IT CEO". It could be she found a niche she excels in. But she's obviously a terrible resource to discuss women in IT or the merits of hiring women in IT.

Mostly true;
even though i would not call it judging because that CEO noted gender differences. ANY has to make judgements anytime anyone writes any sentence or buys + sells. Of course its your right to judge when you buy or sell; or even call it discretion, instead of calling it judging when you buy or sell. [same thing] .
That's not the main issue if she[CEO] wears a t shirt or Dave ramsey has worn a t shirt which his wife hates -LOL .
In the unlikely even that CEO is fake\ that still does not change gender differences. Actually i enjoyed 20% of her talk; much more than NPR talking snakes
