Is Wal-Mart the main reason why we're not seeing major inflation in this country?

I don't set foot in Walmart unless I have to (seen an ad, no luck elsewhere, etc.). I have this pet peeve that aisles are for walking in, not stacking merchandise.

I delightfully pay a couple bucks more over at Target.
