Is the pay version of Mawarebyte's worth while?

Just curious if anyone is using the paid version of Malwarebyte's Antimalware and have found it to be a good addition over the free version?

I've been using the free version for a year on an xp and a vista system. Works great on both, extremely fast. Ive used it 100s of times and it locked up only once during an update, its great other than that.

I think the full version is more a courtesy to the programmer, I haven't heard anything that its any different than the free version.
