This is normal if you tried to short. The stock has a short sale restriction on it.

But the stock opened uptick?
Checked T&S, it did not.
I don't quite understand what you discussed here about auction order. Wondering during regular trading time between 9:30am to 4:00pm, if I route to ARCA or NYSE or BATS to add liquidity, will I earn ECN rebate? If I just scalp BAC, can I do through IB instead of prop firms? I know if scalp BAC in a prop firm, the total cost(including commission, sec fee, ECN fee, etc.) for a round trade of 100 share could be 20 cents if route to EDGA to add liquility. If route to ARCA then total I could earn 40 cents of ECN rebate. That's why 1 cent profit per share is acceptable. Have any idea if I trade through IB, can I have similar low cost for scalping? There is no rebate on auction orders, you pay in every case. There is no SMART auction, all of them will be routed to ARCA/NYSE/ISLAND.
