my goodness!!! what an ugly messy chart.
it has been between 120 to 150 for years.
it needs massive surgery / smoothening to make it beautiful.
What I know is :
if you try to long it, it will go down.
if you try to short it, it will go up.
I'd choose a better-looking chart which will give me ~ 50% win rate.
