Should China be accountable and pay the price?

Hi,
Actually Its not sure. Some country said that, COVID-19 is a new creation of china for damaging world economy. But they have no prof. Moreover china told that, COVID-19 already had australia and Europe. So Its not new. We don't know who is right.
But i have some question, which is COVID-19 main place is uhang city but now how they open their lockdown and how they doing work freely. China population is so high, then how USA death persone number have, more then china.
If anyone know this question answer?

In my opinion, China did not do it in purpose, they also paid the price. But they neglected the defense and did not tell the world and let it spray everywhere.

It is relatively easy to answer.
I counted percent of infected people to the count of all living in that particular location and I picked up a few for variety. So comes to China it goes 800000 To 1000000 sick people and 3-4%% from them died comes to 30-40k. That means they decrease the real number in 10 times.
So 1m sick and 40k deaths.
