Interactive Brokers US daily settlement cut for their reports and statements at which time exactly ?

Anyone knows the exact time when IB US makes the daily cut for statement and reports ? Is that 5pm New York time ? Or is that until 23:59 Eastern time or CST ? Do not know the cut but would like to know how they (IB USA division) operate. Thanks.

Examples of settlement day determination:

Assume that trade date is Tuesday July 1: a normal transaction executed prior to 17:00 EST in USD/EUR would settle in 2 business days, Thursday July 3. Transactions after 17:00 EST are deemed to be next day transactions with trade date July 2.

Does that mean for their statements and reporting also 5pm EST is the cut here ? Does it change on different asset classes ? Did I answer myself fully already ?

No, this is not correct as I opened a position at 4.30 pm EST and it was counted to the day prior and not the new day. But I cannot remember if the cut was at 5pm EST for the open PnL or later.

I got daily trade confirmation email no later than 4:30pm, you simply sign up the daily email, you will see, even the futures trades executed after 4pm would go to next day.
