Interactive brokers IDEALPRO spreads

Anyone notice how tight GBPUSD spreads are now?
I am talking about London session
Last time i checked ,about 8 months ago spread
was 3-5 and very very rarely 1-2 pip even if IB advertise 1-3 pip spread for GBPUSD.
This week i decide to check if anything changed and i am
really pleasantly surprised.
GBPUSD spread now is 1-2 and very rarely 3 pip.
I think even currenex platform is not much better.
 
I noticed that this week as well.
It's consistantly tighter than the futures and on a number of occasions the spread was tighter than IdealPro EUR/USD, even if only by 1/2 pips.

No, only that I happen to notice this past week. I had stopped watching the GBP/USD for a little while because of the spread.
