In The Money

I am new and have been buying deep in the money options
to trade as surrogates for the stocks.
Can anyone suggest webb sites,articles, books, ect. on
how to gage time value.
So far I have done ok. But would appreicate you old hands
opinion.

If you are using them as a cheaper route to play the underlying, the main thing you need to remember is the leverage goes both ways. If you are looking for a basic understanding, try "Options as a Strategic Investment".
