Biden makes stunning omission while claiming no troops died 'anywhere in the world' on his watch

"the only president this century" and "this decade" that did not have any troops "dying anywhere in the world"

President Joe Biden said during the June 27 presidential debate that zero troops died abroad during his presidency.

Verdict: False

13 U.S. service members died during the August 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal. Three soldiers died in a drone strike on a U.S. base in Jordan in January 2024.

There are probably, dead American military advisers in Ukraine but, you will never hear about them. Since, they are in areas of conflict with Russia in Ukraine, chances are good, a number has died and will continue to die. That is not counting the dead American volunteers for the Ukraine foreign legion where thousands of volunteers from numerous countries have already died in the Ukraine war. Of course, those Americans are not considered part of the American military so, their deaths do not count.

The Supreme Court is playing a very dangerous game in that they can control Trump and any other corrupt U.S. President by assuming in error that a U.S. President would not do the unthinkable & unethical act of having our military take out a political rival or take out any justices on the Supreme Court that a U.S. President dislikes for whatever reason.

I believe Biden would rather accept defeat, and concede if/when he loses the election instead of losing moral values by using our military to go after Trump. It's something that he wouldn't be able to live with along with losing grace with the Catholic Church.

Trump being Trump, he once hinted about changes to the U.S. Constitution so that he could bypass the 2 term Presidency limit. I think he'll be more focused on that than trying to take out people he dislikes.

Simply, with the Supreme Court ruling...Trump or any U.S. President can now use criminal activities to make changes to the U.S. Constitution and can do it without being indicted, or prosecuted because the argument would be that it's within his duties as an "Official Act" as President of the United States.

22nd Amendment

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

Shades of how Hitler gained control and became the Fuhrer of Germany. They too thought they could control Hitler by giving in an allowing Hitler to have "a little power" (he'll be happy) and that he would not murder his political rivals and dissolve the parliamentary system of the Weimar Republic...

To Replace it with an authoritarian monocratic state.

Hitler and his cronies did just that without a blink of an eye under the facade to Make Germany Great Again after the death of President Hindenburg.

Hopefully, the lower courts are not willing to play that dangerous game after the Supreme Court punted the "partial immunity" issue down to the lower courts for defining "Official Acts" and "Unofficial (Private) Acts".

It puts the lower courts between a rock and a hard place because if they define the charges against Trump as "unofficial (private) acts"...

We could see a sitting U.S. President prosecuted and then convicted or we could see a sitting U.S. President make a last ditch effort towards making changes to the U.S. Constitution or doing crazy evil shit against the lower courts...

Similar to Hitler's rise by gaining popularity with the people of Germany by attacking Jews, Immigrants, Ethnic minorities, Mentally Ill, and Handicapped as people keeping Germany from being great again...blaming everything on these people instead of understanding the global impact of the Great Depression.

I think the current crop of conservative (i.e., hardcore Republican) justices overfit the curve to accommodate current (Trump) circumstances. Overfitting never ends well.
