Clicking on the Update Ignore List button at the bottom of the Ignore list removes the name on top of the list. If you click the button say 5 times, the top 5 names will be removed.

Yes, I have the same problem - I can't get names to stay in the list without doing all kinds of weird manipulations. I thought at one time that the list was limited to 5 names.
