Have tried their fx practice account but their trading platform was down for hours at times for a number of days during the pre-london close till new york close. try it yourself and let us know
 
i am working with them just for OTC exotics. nothing to complain about other than the usual misinformed and annoying helpdesk team. no surprises there as well. no plans to move my business elsewhere as they're reliable, trustworthy and reputable firm, IMO.
