If your success is related to education...

I don't think that education can really be THE KEY to success in ANY business. Hardwork, Creativity, and more Hardwork along with a good educated mind leads to success.

True. This also applies to success in life. One of the reasons is that things you learn in schools, university have little to do with the real world. Another reason is: everything changes, so you have to learn & adapt during all your life.
 
Education does not cause success, but successfull people are more likely to desire, attain, and value education. Even "self made men" usually send their kids to expensive universities.

Bill Gates never even finished his bachelors degree, but he married a highly educated woman and I bet his kids wind up in college.

Education and degrees have value in themselves seperate from money.
