Not with Covid, he is still too infectious and he probably needs a few days?

Biden seems fine as long as he gets his rest, and similarly, Trump often started work late in the day and was quarantined with Covid.

The pity is that if Obama had more faith in Joe Biden and not backed Hillary for 2016, we would now be at the end of Joe's second term. We would have known about COVID-19 several months earlier but in that timeline, maybe the lab didn't leak.

However, Joe is giving Kamala Harris what Obama didn’t give him, and the Democrats need to address the Manchin issue. Kamala can win with a smart VP pick.Hunter Biden will likely get his pardon to sweeten the deal for Joe.
 
A video message is very appropriate and safe. Everybody understands it, I believe, yet it is not happening. It could mean a lot of things. Starting from a much worse situation with the health to a total rejection of the situation from Biden, which means that it is essentially a coup.
 
We’re still stuck with Joe Biden as president for six months. He might have passed the political torch to VP Kamala Harris, but he still has control of the nuclear football. Or maybe Dr. Jill and Hunter do.
Either way, it’s a frightening message to send to the world: The US president is too cognitively impaired to run for re-election in November, but he’s staying on as commander-in-chief until January.
