IB TWS order entry question

Is it possible to enter a limit order in TWS (using hot keys) and automatically have a fixed amount added/subtracted (depending wether you are buying or shorting) to the limit price? I trade SPY on breakouts out of trend consolidations on the 1 minute chart and have been using market orders. When I used limit orders, there were times when I wouldn't get filled. It would be nice to automatically add .05 to a buy Limit order to better ensure a fill. I read through the TWS manual and could not find this information.
 
just go to configure -> hotkeys and config a hotkey to increase price. you can choose by how much and you can even instruct it to transmit automatically.

i am new to ib but so far tws looks really great to me
