IB Ticker Change Hassle

So my autotrade program stuck me with a nasty little POS called SRLS. Small position tho. The symbol has apparantly changed to SRLSE (yeah, the company has problems)

Anyway, I really would like to get out of it, as it is sinking like a brick. TWS still has the old symbol and won't take the new one - "Not available for this account..." The new symbol, SRLSE, is showing up on YHOO so I know it is trading.

Called IB and "They are working on it". Anybody have this happen? Will I have to re-start TWS to get it to show up? I luv IB, but things like this suck...

My TWS shows it still as SRLS.....did you tr y that (I assume you did).....

I didn't try to enter a trade but I get bid and ask data on SRLS....
 
If you want to close the position immediately, but TWS won't let you, you can call the trade desk and ask them to do it. If you explain that you are unable to close the position via TWS because of a technology problem, then they will waive the normal $35 commission for orders placed over the phone.
