IB Statement Columns

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me get the columns on my IB statements to line up with the headers. When they e-mail me, nothing lines up properly, and I can't figure out how to correct it. I tried changing the font size, but that didn't help. I asked IB help, but they said I couldn't change them. I'm sure most of you know how to make the statements look right. Could someone please enlighten me? Also, is there a simple way to import the statement into excel?

PS I use Outlook Express for e-mail.
 
glad it worked and I will pass it on (the HK folks know this as one of the reps helped me solve a similar issue, albeit non-related to statements, I had with an e-mail program)..
