I'm thinking of opening an account with Interactive Brokers mainly because of their low commission. I tried out the demo of their software online and noticed that it can't find any option contracts for QQQ. I figure a lot of you probably use IB and have traded QQQ. Does the actual trading program find options for QQQ? Just want to make sure.

Yes, you can trade QQQ options with IB. Don't go by the demo for the range of instruments you can trade, as the demo is limited in what it will display.
