IB Intermarket Spread Orders

What is the best way to enter an inter-market spread order? I would like to track May RBOB vs. HO for a potential trade, but I'm having substantial difficulty getting TWS to comply.

Any help would be appreciated.

There as a discussion about creating smart router combo orders for the crack spread. Apparently, this is not possible.
