IB ignore odd lots to a stock quotation. Ameritrade not. There is any rule ?

For example, i have 100 stocks XYZ

14:00 - 1 for 22
13:00 - 100 for 23

IB show the price of stock as 23 and my assets as 2300

But tdameritrade show the price of stock as 22 and my assets as 2200
