IB: CAD in my account still?

In late Decemeber I made a losing trade in a Canadian Equity. Ever since I've had about -1000 CAD "Ending Cash" in my stock cash (CAD). I contacted IB weeks ago about this with no response. What does this mean and WHEN is it going to go away/be exchanged for USD?

Is there something I need to do to about this (so that the CAD is exchanged for USD)? I've already contacted IB about this through their website but I got no reply.
