The man has good information. He has helped many many people get out of debt.
I struggle with the idea of calling yourself "a ministry" when you profit greatly from some of the most vulnerable people in the church.
Many have faltered and have become worse, by having to buy his program.
Just my beliefs...A Christian ministry should be free (or at cost), to meet the needs of the flock. A Christian plumber should get fair wages for their work. If the Christian plumber wanted to be charitable they can. If they wish to charge double time on holidays...Fine.
