How about a mouse rollover dropdown menu. When you hover your mouse on "Forums" (or any menu selection for that matter) on the top banner a dropdown of all the forums/selections would appear, making for quicker site navigation.

Good idea. I will definitely take this under consideration for the next site upgrade, which will be very soon.

Fantastic idea! I'm relatively new to the site but was already getting tired of the click and scroll jumps. This will smooth out that process tremendously. Thanks for identifying it and taking the time to mention it.
