They must have had those severe co-morbities the CDC says qualified them pre-55+. Or who were health-care workers and first responders.

But hell, things have changed quick. The situation here has changed again, and starting tomorrow there are more laxed rules for under 55+. Like smokers, obese, and those with HIV for example.
