I asked this question on how to start a hedge fund a few months ago, It was a very good thread with lots of insight, but I can't find the thread. It's either missing, or I can't find it. Can anyone post the link to the thread? Otherwise, we might as well start a new one if it's disappeared.

did you go to the hedge fund conference and if so, was it any good?

Never went. I guess I wasn't as interested at the time as I am now. I think it's the result of not having ever paid taxes at the time, and now having to deal with them.
