How to Ignore particular users

I've looked in the help area and I see mention of not only keeping track of buddies but also some mention of being able to ignore posts of specific users. However I don't see what it is that I do to get ET to recognize I want to ignore certain users. I've also done a search on "ignore a user" and nothing interesting seem to come up. Is this a feature or is the help file making reference to a wishful feature?

Click on Your Account, and select Edit Ignore List.
