How to extrapolate account profitability of traders ?

During any given quarter around 70 % of traders lose money, based on that can you extrapolate this to a longer time frame, like a year or 2 ?

Irrelevant ? LOL , now that we finally have some exact numbers on how much % of traders are losing...(after 7 years are you 1 of the few lucky ?)

I am not looking for some gut feel extrapolation...
