How to bring data into Tradestation from Interactive brokers or other source ?

Hi, nice day ...

I like to impute stock and Index symbols from IB international markets or any free data source like yahoo ... ,etc that's not over expensive bring into Tradestation Platform.

It can be End of day or delayed data. Thank you
