Hi all, I would like to sell Cash Secured Puts but from my understanding, this requires a margin account.

I've looked everywhere on Interactive Brokers website, my account page and on Google but I can't find an application page. I can see trading permissions but that's about it.

Can you please help me?

Also, from my understanding, I need a at least $2000 USD for a margin account. Is that true?
