How long does it take to get IB Chat going?

It used to be pretty fast to connect the chat to IB, but I'm having long waiting time to hear the sound comming up. It's been at least five minutes now, it has not shown up yet.

I like to confirm with everyone here to see if it's related to my JRE setup. I do have the latest JRE.

It can take a very long time....:mad: :mad:
I usually try to solve problems myself, or if this is not possible, use the phone or email.

But, I must say this, customer service may take a while, at least they are friendlier and more knowledgeable.
