United Technologies' David Says `No Way' on Honeywell Purchase
May 17, 2005 14:57 EDT -- United Technologies Corp. Chief Executive George David isn't planning to make another offer for Honeywell International Inc. after being outbid by General Electric Co. in 2000 in a transaction that was later blocked by regulators.
