Historical OEX Put/Call Data

Does anyone know where I can get historical OEX put/call data? I get historical CBOE total put/call data from the cboe.com site, but cannot find any historical OEX put/call closing data from anywhere. I can get a chart of it at:

Is it same as VIX (volitilty Index), which flactuate

I am looking for the historical OEX put/call ratio....which is not the VIX. I get histocial VIX data back to 1986 from cboe.com along with the CBOE put/call data. But, you can break that down to 1.)total put/call 2.) equity only put/call and 3.) OEX put/call.

I have searched for historical data and nada. Even with data resellers, I have hit a brick wall. I know it is out there somewhere b/c the OEX put/call ratio is talked about a lot.
