You guys know that Jesus sets you free - right?
I say not so, the bible sets you guys up for a life of hell on earth, here’s why....
You’ve heard Trump say on many occasions the expression: RINO’s ‘Republican in name only’.
Trump borrowed that phrase from his evangelical mates, it was not his creation but a church saying, “Christian in name only”.
You’ve heard this story many many times, just like I have..... A so-called Christian gets caught up in a sinful life, Stealing, adultery, homosexuality, violence, whatever, and the church will wash their hands of him or her, “oh they were not true Christians, they were Christians in name only”.
It's the usual cop out repeated over and over. In other words, a true Christian wouldn’t get caught up bonking someone who was tasty out of wedlock.
The church trys to get let off the hook of being implicated in guilt by association because they will disown the person as a fraudulent Christian.
It's standard fare this type reaction from judgmental christians who then pass judgement after the fact; "He was not a christian in the first place".
OK, moving on, the scriptures Matt 22 says:
34 But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.
35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
And then to Matthew 7:
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
So, do you Christian guys/gals love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind?
Are you guys RINO’s or CINO’s?
For Christians it's a miserable life, you could strive all your life trying to please the church, trying to please mythical jesus only to discover after living a life of fear and appeasement these words: “I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity” because you didn’t and can’t live up to the expectations required.
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
It’s not possible - it is an impossible task, end of story.
You guys are attempting the impossible but your God doesn’t accept the impossible.
You guys are snookered, it's a no win situation.
