Help setting up TWS behind a ZA firewall

I am in the process of setting up my IB account. I just downloaded my the stand alone TWS. I use Zone Alarms free edition(3.1.395) firewall.

My question is:

In step 9 of TWS set-up, it asks you:
The "Firewall Setup" box is only for those users that will be accessing the TWS 4.0-Installed Version from behind a restricted router. Whether via the Internet or a Private WAN, the information required will be the same. After you have entered the necessary IP address, click "Next."

What should I enter in this field? I am not very computer savvy, but I thought a firewall and a restricted router were different things.

Any help, would be much appreciated.
 
Probably the IP of the router if you have one. I use TWS with Zonealarm and it works fine without any special setup.
