Seriously? We don't need homo scenes in a movie to make it relevant or entertaining. I want my Marvel/sci-fi shit to be all about mindless entertainment, not political "wokeness".

That is what kinda' pissed me off about the latest Start Trek iterations like Discovery and Strange New Worlds. Giving attention to gayness. The FACK that has to do with Sci-Fi fun?!? (Although I like the raw power of the gayness in the Game of Thrones series which I am rewatching now. It wasn't about being woke, it was just about being sexually powerful as a gay. Especially that Iron Islands woman, the sister of the craggly-looking dude who became reek. She was so butch, I had the hots for her. YEAH!

OMG I think it is even in Sesame Street now in some form. The ruin of Hollywood.

I never took Bert and Ernie as being Gay, just as Ren and Stimpy were not Gay. There were no messages in there at the time. It was just two dudes. Bromance or whatever, Like Waldorf and Statler. They were not gay, they were just grumpy old men who blew shit up on occasion.

I used to look forward to the Star Trek releases - Discovery, Picard, Strange New Worlds, but its all come to be Woke Trek now a days. I don't care if they want to have a gay engineer and doctor, but why do we need to spend half of the episode on their love affair? Its about Trekking through the Stars! Give it a rest!

So friggen stupid.
