Having trouble getting trading sheets ASSENT?

Can anyone explain why Assent won't let you go back more than two months to view sheets? I mean SDS is some sort of data company and it's not like storage space is expensive. I needed to see some trade records from months ago and couldn't get access to them and getting someone from Assent management to do anything about it is like pulling teeth.

Our sheets go back 2 years for tax purposes. I'll bet that they cut things off after the sungard takeover...that would make some sense (but don't worry, they're required to keep your records, simply ask for them).
