Good Quality Intraday Historical Stock Data

I am looking for reasonably priced good quality intraday stock data, 5 min intervals for US, and potentially for Non-US exchanges as well.

Any recommendations?

Splits, dividends definitely, spinoff would be good to have.

Additionally, you can check Quantpedia’s list of historical data providers. There are many options you may choose from …
