Can anyone recommend a good (and not overly expensive) laywer in the San Francisco bay area to handle the paperwork in setting up a very small exempt CPO (commodity pool)?
Also, can anyone recommend a good local accountant with experience in working with CTAs and CPOs?
Your first mistake is asking for recommendations. Everybody knows that recommendations are worthless. Go find your own lawyer, do your own homework, think for yourself. Asking people for help will get you nowhere.
