Good Commodity Books??

I am hunting for good commodity books written by floor traders or exchange seat owners. My experience so far is that from my full book case there are maybe 3 books really worth studying........and you know what...... they were all written by experienced floor traders.

I would love to find a good book on Gold, Silver, Uranium or commodities in general.

Comments happily appreciated.

Seasonals
Would you mind telling us about the three?

I think Spread Trading was from the floor. A comprehensive list can be found by searching Google for Seasonal Spread Traders Library. Some of these books are reviewed here on Elite.

None of these books were written by exchange members that

either owned or leased a seat and traded from the floor. Most of

these authors are vendors with the acception of Jesse Livermore.

The three I valued as truly helpful for trading in the index's or general stock trading are:

West of Wall Street....................Barry Haigh and George Angell

Sniper Trading.................................George Angell

The Taylor Trading Technique................George Douglass Taylor

Again Eng is perhaps a profitable trader. I met him once about 20 years ago at a fee type seminar. To my recollection he was not an exchange floor trader. He was an educator, a talker, a book writer.

I am looking for works coming from experienced exchange member floor traders................there is a big difference.
