$5/month expensive? Hey, everybody has to make something to provide service and stay in business. Compared to the rest, Globex is a bargain.

(I pay $10/mo to have Globex from 2 sources. I used to pay >$2,000/year on a different platform.)

Please provide an example from one trade.

Paying full on retail, non member rates with a decent broker you can execute a round turn for less then $4 on a contract with $140,000 notional value. Far from expensive and you can further reduce those costs with membership and tiered commissions based on volume from various brokers.

In the early nineties I used to spend about 17.000 euro's a year just to get my data ... that's expensive ...
